All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). 

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. 

Shipping Options & Delivery Times-

We currently offer two shipping options at checkout: 

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days 

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or high order volumes. 

Shipping Rates 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location and the size/weight of your order. 

From time to time, Uphorea may offer free shipping promotions. These will be clearly displayed on our website when available. 


Order Tracking
 

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your package every step of the way. 


International Shipping

Delays & Exceptions
